CURRICULUM

The Doctoral Program curriculum is compiled by referring to the Chancellor’s Regulation 2785/UN4.1/KEP/2018 regarding the Establishment of Doctoral Program Hasanuddin University. The curriculum of Doctoral of Law Study Program is Doctoral program by taught and research and Doctoral Program by research with minimum 42 credits and maximum 48 credits. Below is a curriculum description of the Doctoral program by taught and research :

  1. Compulsory courses 6 to 9 credits
  2. Supporting/expertise/elective courses 10 to 13 credits
  3. Dissertation proposal seminar 2 credits
  4. Issuance of minimum (status accepted) 1 (one) scientific article related to the dissertation in SCOPUS indexed journals or equivalent journal as the first writer and can be accompanied by promotor and / or co-promotor as second/third writer 5 credits;
  1. Presentation at least 1 (one) scientific paper related to dissertation research in international seminar 3 credits
  2. Viva (Dissertation result seminar) 4 credits
  3. Dissertation and dissertation exam 12 credits.

Curriculum description of the Doctoral program by research can be seen below :

  1. Proposal seminar 2 credits
  2. Result seminar related to the progress of the dissertation 6 (six) times each counted as 1 credits
  3. Presentation of scientific papers related to dissertation at international seminars at least 2 (two) times during the study 6 credits
  4. Issuance (status accepted) at least 3 (three) scientific articles related to dissertation in SCOPUS indexed journals or equivalent journals as the first writer and can be accompanied by promotor and / or co-promotor as second/third writer 15 credits;
  5. Viva (Dissertation result seminar) 4 credits

Dissertation and dissertation exam 9 credits.
